Connecting a wallet in Virtual Pigeon Racing is designed to let you own and use pigeon NFTs while keeping control in your hands. Your wallet is a secure digital account that holds your blockchain assets, and it is also where you review and approve actions that require blockchain permission.
When you connect a wallet, you are typically allowing the game to recognize your wallet address so we can show your pigeons and enable ownership-based features.
What we can access
When you use VPR with your crypto wallet, we can rely on blockchain records to verify things like:
That a wallet owns certain pigeon NFTs (ownership is publicly verifiable on the blockchain).
That pigeons exist with their identity and history.
What we cannot access
We cannot access your wallet’s secrets or take control of your wallet. In addition, our current smart contract setup does not custody user funds and does not include staking or token mechanics.
Important: Virtual Pigeon Racing will never ask you for your private keys, passwords, or secret recovery phrase. If anyone asks for these, it is a scam attempt.
