If you disconnect during a race, the race still continues. Disconnecting does not cancel your race entry or impact race performance.
Your pigeon stays in the race, and the live simulation keeps running even if you leave the app or lose connection.
What happens to your pigeon
Your pigeon does not drop out of the race just because you disconnect. The race continues as normal, and the result is still recorded when the race ends.
You are also free to log out or leave the race running. That is completely fine, especially because some races can take several hours. You can always come back later, log in again, and check either the live race or the final result.
